Jaelin Stickels RN, CNM, APRN
Jaelin Stickels is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is the co-owner of Holistic Heritage Home birth and Cofounder of Sheis.com a site for women by women. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Texas and a Master’s Degree from Georgetown; she is currently working toward her Doctorate. She has dedicated nearly 15 years of her life to serving women as a medical professional and is passionate about helping them to be empowered in all aspects of their lives
My vision is to change the way women are cared for in pregnancy and in all aspects of their healthcare. The current medical model of care does not have the best outcomes. We can do so much better through midwifery care and listening to women's needs and concerns. Women know their bodies the best. I believe in encouraging women to trust themselves and their instincts. We've suppressed our instincts with technology, but it's still there. I love people, and I love to share in women's journey of birth and healthy living.
