Sara entered into birth work in 2015, after two decades of knowing she wanted to work with moms and babies in some capacity. She became licensed in midwifery after working in all birth settings as a doula, and it is her joy to now serve the Houston homebirth community exclusively. Sara is especially passionate about keeping mom and baby healthy and whole through nutrition, fitness, and holistic remedies, as well as offering Christ-centered care. She has been married to her beloved since 2009 and they share 6 beautiful children together. Outside of work, Sara enjoys homeschooling, Astros baseball, being an active member of her church, and crocheting.
