My name is Gabriela Valladares. All my friends call me Gabby. I started my nursing career at the county hospital as a nursery nurse and then transitioned into labor and delivery nurse. I have a decade of practicing as an L&D nurse. I graduated with my MSN from Texas Tech Health and Sciences Center. Then I passed my boards and officially became a Certified Nurse Midwife.   I am passionate about supporting moms and their families throughout the life span with a focus on pregnancy and postpartum. I also have special fetal bereavement training for moms who are going through pregnancy loss.   I want to help bridge the gap for Spanish speaking patients by providing midwifery care in Spanish!   I am happily married and live with my husband and two beautiful children, Justin and Zoey.
